BLI’s language programs focus on developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills through communicative and student-centered learning.

Students may choose programs according to their goals and schedule, ranging from short-term study to longer language immersion experiences.

The Bilingual Program offers students the opportunity to study both French and English, combining French classes with English classes in an intensive language-learning experience.

For mature students, BLI Québec also offers a Senior Language Program, combining French-language learning with the opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Québec City.

BLI also offers programs for younger students through its Foreign Language Adventure Program (FLAP), combining English or French classes with supervised activities, excursions and accommodation options.

Homestay is managed by Saanich Schools, with host families carefully screened and matched with international students to provide a welcoming Canadian home environment.
