Our founder, Luiz F. Arêas, or Lou, brings more than 40 years of international experience in education, corporate training, knowledge management and change management within the aviation, travel and technology industries. Throughout his career, he has designed and delivered learning programs, led global training initiatives and helped individuals and organizations successfully adapt to new environments and cultures.
Having lived in four countries and travelled extensively around the world, Lou understands first-hand both the opportunities and the challenges of studying, working and living abroad. Fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, he is able to guide students and families from diverse cultural backgrounds with confidence and understanding.
This international experience is reflected in every recommendation JTC France makes. Rather than promoting a single destination or institution, we take the time to understand each student’s ambitions, interests and budget before recommending the educational pathway that best fits their goals.
